1-on-1 Guidance in Education

Education is priority at Avery on Franklin.  We observe the Common Core guidelines for Math, Writing and all Reading courses. Our educators are experts committed to helping students in grades K-12 who are struggling with assignments. We assess individual needs and establish goals to improve skills, raise scores and build confidence.  We believe that if students are wholly focused and engaged in the process of education, they will develop creative, independent thinking.

Workshop I

Discovering Self and Talent

Our participants are shown ways to access and use skills that they already possess. We help them make decisions with ownership so they can heal and transform themselves to create their desired lifestyles.  Based on Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs this one-day workshop focuses on the top 3 needs of individuals:  self-actualization, esteem, and love/belonging. This workshop is recommended for businesses, organizations and schools. For groups ages 10 – adult

Workshop II

Expressing Talent

In this workshop our services are customized to meet the specific needs of individuals interested in producing a service or product for market. Professionals from various trades, businesses, and industries are ready to assist our clients with the development process. Workshop I is a prerequisite for this course. For individuals ages 10 – adult 

Workshop III

Commercialization of Talent

This workshop is designed to help individuals gain access to their related industry markets. Professionals will assist our clients with the planning and presentation of their products or services.  Workshop II is a prerequisite for this course.  For individuals ages 10 – adult
